The quote tool

The quote form collects your gender, birthdate, self-assessed health rating, tobacco status, how much death benefit you want, and your term preference. That data gets passed to the carriers' quoting engine to return rates, but this website itself stores none of it. Getting quotes doesn't require you to provide your name, address, phone, or email. If the same request comes through multiple times, a temporary cache might serve earlier results to avoid redundant carrier queries.

Applying

Should you choose to apply, your form data prefills the secure application run by the carriers' company and you continue under their privacy terms. Applications are processed by Susman Insurance Agency, a state-licensed California insurance agency (License 0B75129).

The contact form

Your name, email, optional phone number, preference for how we reply, topic, and message text are collected. The form sends it all directly to the agency's email address; your email becomes our reply-to address. This website maintains no backup, no submissions database, no message logs. A brief security measure runs in your browser before sending to cut down on spam.

Measurement

This website employs first-party, cookie-free site analytics delivered from this same domain. We don't use cookies or device identifiers; your IP address gets partially masked before storage; referring-page query strings are stripped out; raw data is purged after three months. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal or Global Privacy Control flag, this site will not measure your visit.

What we do not do

This site does not buy, trade, or share any personal data. No ad trackers are embedded. Third-party code appears on this site only within the application window, and only if you navigate there.
